As a part of Outbound ContactCentre, he/she would have to support the respective Line ofBusiness to achieve and exceed dial targets through effective useof communication skills. The Axis Outbound Contact Channel willwork and focus on a new age technology which will provide thecustomer with a new and unique banking experience in terms ofcustomer service.

OutboundContact Centre envisages to provide a differential customerexperience.

AbouttheRole

Jobholder needs to manage an outbound team across various Bankingproducts.

OutboundTeam will be in partner payroll.

Jobholder expected to manage around 150 member team with the supportof 9 to 10 Team Leaders.

KeyResponsibilities

Drive Sales, Productivity,Cross Sell, Cost to Income, profitability and growth of channel.

1.Train and Manage team of 150+ strong telecallers who will beengaged in selling of products to existing customers of the bank.Unit Manager will be Managing the team of VRM Priority.

2.Develop and implement effective sales strategy to achieve businessobjectives.

3.Guide, coach and motivate teams across locations for improvedperformance.

4.Drive productivity of the team.

5.Analyze business numbers to identify opportunities and GAPS forcorrective actions.

6.Ensure delivery of the sales targets assigned for the respectiveline of business.

7.Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overallperformance of the team.


Qualifications

Optimal qualificationfor success on the job is:

  • Post Graduatewith more than 6 years of relevant experience.

RoleProficiencies

For successful executionof the job, a candidate should possess the following:

  • Soundknowledge of retail banking products and process. Knowledge ofdigital banking channels like, Internet Banking, Mobile App.

  • Leadershipskills, Inter personal skills, Analytical skills.
