About the Role:

The Lead - Service RM leads a team of CorporateService RMs who are responsible for execution of FOREX transactions for theportfolio corporates. The Corporate Service RM has to handle client's queriespertaining to their FOREX card and provide resolution within TAT to ensure bestquality services are provided to corporate clients and transactions areexecuted smoothly. They are also responsible for raising invoices to corporatesfor the transactions and ensure payments are received from corporates on time

KeyResponsibilities

Manage the daily activities of the Corporate Service RMs and isresponsible for the delivery of currency and Forex card to employees of Mappedportfolio corporates and for restricting Currency / TC sale to Corporate clientbelow 5% of the overall business volume.

Responsible for submission of invoices to corporate for the Forextransactions executed on timely basis.

Monitor the overdue position of the corporate and to ensure DPD notexceeding 20 days.

Monitor outstanding currency payments to vendor and to clear the same onweekly basis.

Responsible for the issuance/ collection of No Dues Certificate fromOwnership Corporate on Quarterly basis.

Ensure Seamless and 100% adherence to Audit.

Responsible for handling Corporate Client's query related to their Forexcard and their travel and for ensuring nil customer complaints.

Responsible for timely clearance of Nostro credit and INR paymentreceived from corporates, outstanding in SL account (within Seven Days).

Ensure reconciliation of pending Invoices with Finacle balances andPrepaid Card System balances.

Qualifications:

Optimalqualification for success on the job is:

Graduation/Post Gradation from recognized univeristy

6-8 years experience in forex transactions in banks &otherinstitutions
