Job Summary

As an integral part of our Revenue team, you will report to the VP of Sales & Partnerships and will be primarily defined by work in assisting sales account executives, sales directors, and customer success managers to work through issues in our systems and process while owning cross-functional projects aimed at improving internal efficiencies within the revenue organization. You will be closely aligned with the daily activities of the sales team, with reps often based out of the Americas, UK, or Europe.


The team is looking for candidates who are interested in changing the way companies do business from the inside out. You should have strong analytical skills, a process, and systems-oriented mindset, be extremely well organized, and able to facilitate cross-organizational collaboration to drive actionable and measurable results.


Responsibilities


  • Work with the Sales Reps and other stakeholders to support the day-to-day operational management of moving opportunities through the sales process; starting as leads and eventually converting to customers. Past that enabling the Success Management team to convert these customers to Axelerant Evangelists.
  • Manage the Sales and Success Management Operations process to enable relevant team productivity.
  • Closely monitoring data as it relates to opportunities, leads, and won/lost deals; reporting on those numbers along with managing Sales Quotas, Incentive plans, etc.
  • Assist with onboarding new Sales Reps and Customer Success Managers. Training and enabling them further to be more effective in their product knowledge, systems use, and process.
  • Maintaining the tools and assets used by the Revenue team like CRM, Revenue Handbook, Templates, Jira, etc.. and regularly update them based on inputs from multiple stakeholders.
  • Managing the tech stack of the revenue organization including evaluating and selecting various productivity tools that streamline the departmental process.
  • Own all operational aspects of the Customer Feedback program including ensuring timely feedback surveys are sent and inputs collected for further analysis per a predefined cadence.
  • Provide timely operational support to the complete monthly invoicing in collaboration with the successful management team.
  • Own and participate in long-term projects aimed at improving internal efficiency or Revenue team member s productivity.
  • Build a strong internal network of experts and resources that can help drive effective change.

Requirements


  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales operations from an IT / Professional Services organization
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Fanatical attention to detail, and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with using a CRM (Hubspot, SFDC, other), Ticket Management System ( Jira ), and any invoicing (Xero, Zoho, other ) tools.
