- Deliver technical support to clients, end-users and team members
- Troubleshoot problems in web browsers and mobile environments
- Maintain communication with clients and team members as per instructions over phone, email, and chat
- Achieve desired response turnaround time and customer satisfaction levels for assigned tickets
- Pass on sales references / fresh orders to team lead for further processing
- Managing existing clients & Inactive clients
- Collection of necessary documents from clients
- Calling clients and ensuring product sales as well as delivery to client
- The goal is to formulate strong relationships to ensure growth
- Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc. and generate leads
- Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
- Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
- Fulfill all company-established policy obligations
- Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts
- Use financial acumen and investment expertise to review a client's profile and develop a plan for helping the client to reach his short term and long- term investment goals
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Employment Terms
