  • Achieve desired response turnaround time and customer satisfaction levels for assigned tickets
  • Pass on sales references / fresh orders to team lead for further processing
  • Managing existing clients & Inactive clients
  • Collection of necessary documents from clients
  • Calling clients and ensuring product sales as well as delivery to client
  • The goal is to formulate strong relationships to ensure growth
  • Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc. and generate leads
  • Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
  • Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
  • Fulfill all company-established policy obligations
  • Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts
  • Use financial acumen and investment expertise to review a client's profile and develop a plan for helping the client to reach his short term and long- term investment goals
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Employment Terms
