• Experience: 7 +years
• Education: Any Graduation

Roles & Responsibilities:

• 7+ years experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise on HCM Modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits.
• The candidate should be 70% Technical & 30% Functional with hands on experience working on Fusion.

• Consultants in this role should be well versed with HCM Modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits
• Should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud advanced tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, PBL, BI Publisher, Application Security, Fast Formula, Page Composer, Page Configurator, REST APIs, SOAP, Webservices
• Must have good experience with fusion functional workflows and modules
• Must be experienced in the creation of BI Publisher Reports, HCM Extracts, Personalization, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports
• Expertise in Writing/Debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll Fast formula
• Experience in Functional setups, BPM, Fast Formulas, Configuration of Custom Roles
• Experience in configuring HCM modules like Core HR and Absence Management
• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
• He should be able to provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective Techno functional support for the enterprise business process area.
• Should be well experienced in partnering with onsite functional and technical teams in order to understand business requirements and working alongside peers and technical support teams to deliver exceptional solutions and services.
