Job Summary
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master s degree or additional certifications in renewable energy or project management would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large-scale renewable energy projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and manage high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy sector, project management principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ability to work in diverse geographical locations and adapt to challenging project environments.
