Job Summary
- Should have thorough knowledge about product, market and competitors.
- Creation and implementation of brand strategy for target market.
- Regular field visits with sales team.
- Supporting the sales team in understanding and implemen line-height:20px;tation of strategies.
- Closely monitor the sales performance of the product.
- Setting and achieving targets by supporting sales team.
- Should effectively involve in technical training and sales training of the sales team.
- Providing technical and sales support to the sales team.
- Must decide the appropriate marketing mix to be successful in the marketplace in consultation with Marketing manager.
- Should have good data analytical skill. - Assisting sales team in sales conversion /revenue generation. - Effective involvement in new product development to increase the product line and creating marketing plan for the newly launched product. - Planning and implementation of product promotion cycle in discussion with Marketing Manager and National Sales Manager. - Close collaboration with sales, product design and manufacturing. - Conducting successful marketing campaigns, creation of reports and generate results.
Skills Required :
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
-Hindi language would be an additional advantage.
-Reasoning ability, MS Packages, Management related skills, willingness to travel and Team handling.
Qualification : 5 15 years in Marketing or sales in pharmaceutical or medical device company. Experience in ophthalmic sector is preferred.
Order of Preference :
MBA / PGDBA/PGDBM
M.Pharm /M.Sc or B.Pharm / B.Sc
