Hands on experience of LC-MS, NMR, IR instruments. Structural characterization by NMR, LC-MS. Impurities identification and characterization by LC-MS. GTIs method development and validation by LC-MS. Qualification of standards required for analytical evaluation. Preparation of protocols and analytical reports. Good Understanding of GLP and cGMP practices.
