Job Summary

• Documenting best practices cases in technology frameworks/tools used for improving public financial management in India or internationally working alongside the central technology team (based out of Delhi)
• Facilitating process documentation for the existing Public Financial Management (PFM) systems in the select state(s) (end-to-end) from allocation to expenditure reporting for select program/schemes/ department alongside the Process consultant/ PFM expert
• Preparing a to-be-scenario based on inputs received from the gap analysis study conducted by the Process consultant/ PFM expert
• Responsible for advising the states on digital tool implementation and integration during the pilot implementation

Experience Required :

Minimum 5 Years
