Roles & Responsibilities
Set sales targets and goals for the team and individual team members.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their targets and meet the performance of each employee.
Engage in networking and business development activities to expand the bank's customer base.
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the bank's overall business objectives.
Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations for team members.
Drive the sales team to achieve revenue targets and other sales-related goals.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Should have minimum 1 year of experience in Affordable Housing Loans
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of effective sales methodologies, and techniques.
Knowledge of banking regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines to ensure sales practices
Required - High school or equivalent or higher education
Required - Located in Tamil Nadu
