About our company:

AUM Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is expanding and soon coming up with our own online portal (takeapolicy.com) for the sale of insurance products of various companies, where the end user (Customer) shall be able to log into portal to buy insurance products online. The customer will be able to view comparison of productsand select the company as per his own requirement for the purchase of the insurance product online

Requirements

  • Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Responsible for providing a positive customer experience while appropriately handling routine
  • Inbound calls including but not limited to address changes, payment extensions and due date changes
  • Explain process requirements and obtain required information
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
