Job Summary:

The Social Media Community Manager will be responsible for strengthening the AugRay social community and all brand communities under Organic Social Media for various different products They will synergize with Paid Social, Creative and Customer Experience Support to build goodwill for all brands and will be key to improving our brands reputations. This person will fully dedicate to engaging positive conversations, managing comments, and working with the digital acquisition team. They will support the Senior Manager, Social Media in content briefings and reporting. This person will be creative, excited and obsessed with all-things social media, staying in the know on social media trends and platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Engaging and responding to comments that are NOT related to product or Customer Care Support to increase engagements and reputation(Customer Service comments are managed by Customer Care team)
  • Work with digital acquisition team to manage comments on paid posts.
  • Flag, post for accounts: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for all brands.
  • Stay on top of on-going trends in social and within the industry space to leverage new platforms or trending topics into content.
  • Facilitate correspondence of consumer and customer testimonial outreach.
  • Support Senior Manager, Social Media on reporting and updates for KPIs, brand growth, insights, and opportunitiess
  • Support content ideation, new channel launches and influencer campaigns
  • Create and mange influencer programs
  • Execute any social media related giveaways and facilitate winners.

Skills:

  • A degree in communication, English, journalism, marketing or related field
  • Experience publishing and managing social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube) is essential.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics.
  • 2+ years, experience managing social media platforms.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques
  • Superb time management skills
  • Experience managing and sourcing influencers is a plus
  • Entertainment industry background, blog, social listening, Social Studio, Facebook Business Manager, and Jira and Adobe Photoshop experience.
  • Work in various geographical regions (Asia, US)
