Job Summary:

We are building an Augmented Reality Chat BOT that is a Digital you who would have your personality, a best friend, a memory of yours, creating a positive uplift in all aspects of your life by making useful recommendations that is fun with emotions.Your role will be to take ownership of the chatbot Content architecture and content creation working in partnership with designers, engineers, and product managers. You'll develop and iterate on hundreds of conversation types to ensure effortless and delightful interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Review the current state of our chatbot copy and conversational patterns.
• Improve chatbot interactions by learning about and shaping the user experience.
• Create journeys and flows for user and establish the chatbot as a trusted, accurate channel.
• Architect clear, natural conversation flows with compelling, understandable copy to improve the simplicity, helpfulness, and ease of use of our chatbot.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, product and visual designers, and researchers to design, implement, and iterate on intents.
• Understand and explain the intricacies and logic behind our chatbot intents
• Create Content Strategies, Conversational scripts, create guidelines and Structure for the conversation, copy and flow.
• Research, test and quantify.
• Organize work, content, mentor and lead other remote content writers
• Use appropriate tools to interact, mange, organize and allocate content work from various sources across of content creators across the globe
• Research and plan on appropriate contents in-line with the vision of the product.
• Create sample dialogs, Conversational flow diagrams, and mockups to effectively communicate voice and text interactions and design ideas.
• Conceptualize and iterate on conversational designs as part of the end-to-end voice and UI experiences in collaboration with the UX and content teams, as well as the design system team. And partner with UX on new conversational UI patterns needed.
• Implement intents and the associated phrases, entities, contexts, and business rules that define distinct conversational experiences.
• Perform analysis of conversation paths and flows to identify opportunities and inform future designs and refine the production dialog flows.
• Apply concepts and practices related to Natural language Processing/Understanding, sentiment analysis, Intent classification, dialog flows, text-to-speech, and speech-to-text to the conversational design process.
• Build trust and effective relationships with peers/cross-functional teams and provide leadership across the product, engineering, and business teams.
• Ability to understand and provide visual human emotion gestors and expressions using AI working with developer and other teams

Skills:

• 5+ years of content creation experience
• 2+ year s conversation design writing Chat BOT Conversations.
• Master s Degree in Computer science, with specially in one of these HCI, AI, UX, Linguistics, Neuroscience with coursework in writing, design, human-computer interaction, Linguists, Psychology or human factors
• Experience and knowledge of NLP, HCI, UX
• Prior Vedanta courses or institution background of education
• Strong information architecture, content strategy, content development, or writing experience preferably with a focus on chatbot experiences
• Excellent writing skills - be able to write concise and digestible copy and suggest edits to chatbot copy.
• Strong analytical skills with written and verbal skills
• Leadership in organizing, delegating, mentoring and monitoring tasks
• 2+ years of leading a team of 5 or more.
• Organized and accountable with high attention to detail and follow through
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• A portfolio of work you've done (writing samples, interface content, microcopy, or even style guides)
