Job Summary
Client needs assessment and offering comprehensive banking solutions to clients
Establishing and maintaining efficient relationships with clients
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Worked with local farmers to increase their productivity
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Provided support to traders, involving calls, meetings and trainings to new features
Diversely experience in client relationship and Individual lending products.
Hands on experience of performing credit appraisal, financial analysis, Loan disbursement and Collection.
Proven competency in interacting with clients and efficiently handling the tasks Compliance & Risk Responsibilities Taking the responsibility of company information - not to share with anybody out of office in any form - Verbal, written, soft copy, mail or any other form. Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and guidelines and satisfactory internal audit . Adherence to the defined set of control of the Bank Showing and presenting all information collected for any case in healthy and clear terms, not to present any information related to customer, property, credit check, reference etc. about any customer while presenting the case of profile in visiting or appraising the case.

JOB DESCRIPTION Basic Information Position Title Bank Officer Rural Branch Banking Grade/Level As per structure Vertical Branch Banking Location Rural Branches Business Liabilities Department Liabilities Sales Organizational Relationships Position Reporting to Branch Manager Direct Reports if any NA Job Purpose Qualification Graduate with good analytical and sales skills Relevant Experience Minimum 1 year of experience of sales in Banking, Financial Services, Broking Functional Competencies Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with rural clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives. Behavioral Competencies Interacting with clients and efficiently handling the tasks.
