Reconciliation Developer Job in Atyeti

Primary Skills Experience in reconciliation space who has worked in the capacity of technical lead in previous engagements leading a good sized team Candidate must be from the banking and financial domain Candidate must be very strong in reconciliation concepts & has extensively worked in the reconciliation configuration & rec build process preferably in Gresham CTC or at the very least in TLM reconciliation tools Extensive IT experience in Platform Consolidation, Integration, Configuration & Migration of Controls from legacy systems to the strategic reconciliation tools such as CTC / TLM, Interface Design, On-boarding new controls to reconciliation tools in CTC / TLM, IT Process Improvements and Change Management Practice Extensive working knowledge in Release Management, Incident Management, Stake Holder Management and the implementation of the end to end solution in reconciliation projects Extensive working knowledge in execution of projects using Agile Scrum Methodology Guide Pune team to design solution in line with the business / IT requirements, provide assistance in resolving complex requirements, identify dependencies and ensure no delays in accomplishing sprint goals Participate and provide inputs in design and architecture reviews. Identify issues & drive them to closure Handle delivery with minimum escalations; review all deliverables as per the delivery checklist Follow up with team members to ensure updating of all relevant documents in Knowledge Management post completion of JIRA tasks Excellent verbal and written skills, especially with regards to presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences Prepare and track project plan; Perform key project management activities like planning, work allocation and tracking, end-to-end-delivery, day-to-day interaction with resources, status reporting (If this candidate is also performing scrum master role) Skill Set: Reconciliation Tools: Gresham, TLM Operating Systems: Windows, Unix, Linux RDBMS: Oracle 11g Languages: XML, Unix Shell Scripting, SQL, PL/SQL Utilities: SQL Developer, Toad, XML Editor, JIRA Version Control: SVN/GIT
