A fast paced and international environment close to the business, offering many opportunities for the development. Responsibilities: Contribute to Data Governance functions as an SME. Participation across various data governance pillars with core objective of getting the best for the team--Data Automation, Upstream Attestation, Data Protection, Data Reconciliation and Master Data Management. Gather detailed, specific, accurate, unambiguous business requirements and functional specifications. Seek to ensure Business analysis, Impact analysis, Gap analysis and System analysis are performed to a high standard on defined projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications University degree or post-graduate studies combined with 6-8 years of experience as Business Analyst or Consultant in the financial industry. Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking/capital market related projects. Excellent knowledge on banking and capital market products. Strong knowledge and understanding of Reference Data management-Instrument, Client etc. Prior work experience on Equity products and associated trading strategies as an IT business analyst. Exposure to end-to- end implementation of at least one regulatory reporting framework for Financial Institutions (MiFID II, Best Ex, FinfraG etc.) is necessary. Outstanding skills in writing FRDs. Experience in working with relational database like Oracle, SQL to analyze variety of data quality issues. SDLC and IT BA experience is mandatory.
