Job Description Sr Machine Learning Engineer Description: At Atyeti, data analytics is foundational to everything we do. We are looking for a Sr Machine Learning Engineer to join our highly skilled data teams in providing intelligent solutions for our financial services clients. Our teams offer fully delegated pipelines with data engineers, analysts, and machine learning engineers working together to allow each professional to focus on their core skill set. What You ll Do: Work as a core member of an analytic pipeline Architect, experiment, and deploy cutting edge AI/ML systems in complex business spaces Play a key role in migration to a best-practices cloud infrastructure Monitor model performance and establish continuous training systems Work with data analysts to establish ground truth and loop user feedback in iterative training Play a role in thought leadership as we expand our data and analytics capabilities Mentor junior MLE s and perform analytic reviews What You Have: 5-7 years of experience in machine learning / deep learning architecture Expert level python and statistical skills Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and mechanics of SOTA algorithms Demonstrated successful implementation of algorithms in compound or atypical solutions Demonstrated ability to solve problems using the least complex solution required Experience with RNN, transformers/BERT, unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning Ability to research and implement novel solutions from research papers Ability to communicate complex models and interpretations to non-technical stakeholders Azure experience, cloud migration preferred Experience with MLOps, CI/CD/CT preferred Experience in quantitative financial analysis strongly preferred Azure / Databricks / Snowflake certifications a plus Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Bachelor's or Master's degree is CS or related field with at least 2 years of industry experience Additional Information Nice to Have: Good Interpersonal skills with experience of working with people spread across locations / time-zones Good written and oral communication skills. Experience of working in Investment Banking Technology Should be able to work independently and within team Ability to work effectively under pressure, challenging deadlines
