Role objective: To manage routine operations of Atulya Nirman Micro Finance Association - to ensure smooth functioning of branch.
Reporting to: CEO
Job profile in detail:
- Total Experience 4- 8 years.
- Should be Graduate/ Post graduate/ MBA/ Financial Marketing/Diploma in operation management.
- To work strategically by keeping and maintaining organization vision, mission and goals.
- Depth knowledge of company business and its functioning.
- Computer and internet savvy.
- Responsible for branch profitability and productivity.
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Meeting agents and generate business.
- Responsible for coordination, planning, presentation, evaluation, business development and related activities of branch.
- Coordinating with HR for branch recruitments.
- Reporting to HO regarding attendance and administration.
- Day to day reporting to CEO regarding the number of collections, deposits, maturity, payments budgeting and expenses of branch.
- Conducting weekly and monthly meeting with employees for next month target and achievements.
