We have a opening for NOC Operations profile in Coimbatore Location.
Exp: 3 to 6 Years
Salary: As per Norms
Work Location: Coimbatore ( Ram Nagar)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the ACT Network ISP services
Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on Access network, liaising with 3rd party suppliers, Vendors handling escalation through to resolution).
Provisioning (IP assignment, core network configuration, Network setup, monitoring and preparing network diagrams, Participating CMs and executing CMs.
Network equipment testing. Maintaining audits
Network troubleshooting, Escalation handling, coordinating with cross functional teams to resolve the issues
Maintenance of BRM and technical documentation (for NOC) of processes and procedures used throughout normal operations.
Development of knowledge and skills in network and Network administration, particularly with regard to ACT Network architecture and platforms.
Participate in a 24x7 support on demand services
Handling Network traffic and diverting traffic to keep links under threshold level
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
A minimum of 24-48 months experience in a Technical Support or similar role.
Good communicator with a natural aptitude for dealing with people.
Good network diagnostic skills.
Basic Linux CLI skills.
Basic sysadmin skills.
Work well in a busy team, being quick to learn and able to deal with a wide range of issues.
Strong analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various sources.
Ability to assess and priorities faults and respond or escalate accordingly.
