Position: Assistant Manager - Admin

Location: Vijayawada

Experience: Min 5 years

Notice: Immediate to 30 days


Job Descriptoin:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, gardening and so on
  • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security
  • Ensuring that basic facilities are available all the time
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Allocating and managing space between offices
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and safety standards
  • Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
  • Help businesses relocate to new offices and make decisions about leasing
  • Drafting reports and making written recommendations
  • Ensure 100% uptime for all critical equipment
  • Partnering with HR for organisational level events (Event Management)
  • Managing crche facility
  • Regular team governance and update to HOD
  • Utmost priority to safety related activities
  • Regular feedback and corrective action against feedback (Internal & External Customers)

RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TRAINING:

  • Any graduation or equivalent
  • 4 plus years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
