Role Name: Manager Key Accounts
Location: Hyderabad
Context
The purpose of this role is to responsible for building new accounts while managing the existing accounts by achieving targets and contributing to overall growth by using best practices & selling techniques, with sound product knowledge, providing complete customer satisfaction, and be compliant with the sales procedure
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to conduct on-demand strategic research across industries, with the help of primary & secondary market research tools.
- Promote and encourage customers to buy the product or service through Cross-selling & upselling concepts.
- Generate insights and analyze finding using strategic tools
- Work with email marketing automation tools such as Act-On and Marketo, Mailchimp
- This role is responsible for managing the current key accounts with IP Retail, increase the penetration levels in the accounts.
- Also needs to identify and build the prospect base of new accounts and penetrate in the new accounts and increase the ACT share.
- At the same time, manage these accounts and be the single point of contact for all their service and billing requirements.
- Should be able to co-ordinate with inter-departments and be independent in working
Educational & Experience requirements:
- MBA from a premier institute with 3 5 years of experience.
- Should have experience of handling a team
- Preference will be given to the candidates with a sales background and also coming from Telecom Industry

- Good communication skills, reasoning, and analytical ability
- Must be collaborative in approach and a team player
- Very good at networking, negotiations, and influencing
- Capability to understand the customer needs and strong business acumen
- Ability to handle large teams and handle the multifunctional project
Salary : 7,00,000 - 10,00,000 P.A.
