Experience : At 10 years of working experience of which at least 6 years MUST be in the Pharmaceutical Industry and in the area of BD including its execution. It is imperative that the candidate demonstrates a strong work ethic and a driven mentality.

• Must have strong business acumen and be motivated and result oriented
• Must have a strategic and conceptual approach to business and the ability to work through Microsoft excel and power-point and thereafter present a proper business plan
• Strong leadership and good communication skills
• Good number skills since different scenarios for market/products need be worked out
• Substantial experience in BD and the ability to close the business deals
• Influencer and able to work at with all stakeholders
• Good computer skills and sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good organizational, presentation and analytical skills
• Talent in negotiations and networking with stakeholders

• Developing the BD for new products and markets
• Developing value proposition and approach to bring our products and services to the marketplace
• Managing the BD strategy for existing products line and markets
• Lead outreach, partner relationships and negotiation to build a solid business pipeline in process development
• Work with BD and build on expanding existing relationships
• Budgeting and forecasting of sales numbers including a marketing plan
• Executing marketing and sales activities in line with Company and Group Policy and Procedures
• Analysis of sales numbers and market situation including identification of new segments
