Job Description: The Technical Architect is part of the transformation and transition team (Engineering team) alongside the Project/Program Manager Responsible end to end - starting from validating and/or gathering requirements (due diligence) from the business stakeholders designing a system and produce HLD, LLD, tech note Build and implementation Service handover to operations team. Involve in creation of SOP, BIG, SOHB Need to be commercially aware as hosting and licensing costs can influence the solution Responsible to build & implement the solution within the designed architecture. Perform POC & various tests on process with help of test cases and prepare documents for same and coordinate with Project/program/transition manager to resolve all issues within required timeframe and inform management of any delays Provide technical guidance as and when required on behalf of sub-competency to make sure design & implementations are in line with Atos defined best practice and CTO policy and meet the design requirements. Working closely with the respective BAU/CO team to ensure that the technology design being delivered by engineering are aligned with and move the architecture from the current to future state Ensures technical quality and assurance by participating in Architecture Governance and Technical Design peer review processes, working closely with customer and internal stakeholders as appropriate. The range of activities and tasks to be undertaken include :- Expert in Active Directory Domain Services. Building new Active Directory Domain and Creating Low-Level Design. Expert in Active Directory Federation Services. Building and Configuring ADFS and Creating Low-Level Design. Expert in Active Directory Certificate Services (PKI). Building and Configuring ADCS/ PKI and Creating Low-Level Design. Expert in Azure Active Directory Connect . Building Azure AD Connect and Creating Low-Level Design. Good Communication Skills and Ready for facing the customer. Solution requirements gathering Production of Low Level Design Documents for multiple services. Technical Documentation and Report creation Planning for Disaster Recovery & High Availability systems Drive Service Acceptance into Business as Usual Operations Support Support performance and functional testing of collaboration services such as AD and Azure Investigate and resolve implementation related incidents & problems Migration planning and execution ADFS and PKI design and implementation Provide a AD lead role on larger projects supporting the other Subject Matter Experts Excellent Knowledge of AD, ADFS and PKI technologies Excellent Knowledge of Directory Services along with GPO Understanding of Workplace environment control methods (Logon Scripts ,Profiles, Policies etc) Knowledge of Desktop Operating Systems including Windows 10, 8.1 or 7 Sound knowledge of Office 365 and File services such as DFS Strong communication skills - both written and verbal Ability to develop good relationships with customers Ability to develop good relationships with other teams providing supporting technologies Good analytical skills and an ability to define the precise nature of customer problems Ability to give specific and clear instructions and problem-solving advice to customers Team player with self motivation Willing to travel World Wide for short and long term assignments (infrequent) Desirable Criteria Understanding of the major cloud providers services (Azure, AWS) Knowledge of all listed Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10, 8.1 or 7) Experience of DFS, Azure and 2016 AD environments
