Job Description: Take ownership for all parts of the design process, including problem definition, vision, approach, decisions, experience design, user research and design testing/verification Champion and develop a cohesive visual aesthetic0; > Innovative approach to problem solving Identify the needs of and advocate for the customer with cross-functional Teams, with clear design rationale and trade-offs Pivot between contributing to high-level product decisions and understanding the low-level implications of those decision Work closely with product managers and engineers to design product experiences that customer resonate with. Present and align your designs with a variety of stakeholders from across the organization
