Qualification: 12+ / ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate

Job Description

  • Demo, Install, repair, test, maintain and troubleshooting of security projects as assigned
  • Evaluates diagnoses, troubleshoots systems and perform repairs as necessary
  • Prepares documentation in a variety of written and electronic formats (e.g. daily paperwork/log, time and materials, key and material records, etc.
    • )
  • Evaluates diagnoses, troubleshoots systems and perform repairs as necessary
  • Responds to emergency situations during or after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety/security concerns
  • Able to train customers on the usage of all applicable products used in installation and/or upgrades
  • Installing wireless security panel and sensors in various locations
  • Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
  • Educate and train customers on system operation and functionality
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Be available to travel as necessary
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs
  • Maintaining confidentiality of work related information and materials
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including tact and diplomacy
  • Engineering aptitude and Knowledge
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions precisely
  • Ability to work independently
  • English literacy
  • Good physical condition and strength
  • Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
