Objective of the position

Overall responsibility of the assigned Ashiana project/s right from Project Budgeting to Project Execution including handing over while meeting the defined parameters of cost quality and time.

Person Specification

Age : 35 - 40 years

Qualification:

Essential : B.E./B.Tech ( Civil) from a good institute

Desirable : *Certification in Project Management, *Working Knowledge of MSP

* Working Knowledge of Quality Assurance

Work Experience Desirable

Work Experience:

Essential:12 - 15 years out of which at least 8 years should be in handling multiple projects in the real estate industry of multi storey housing

Desirable: Handled projects of min approx. 5,00,000 sqft each

Salary: 9-12 lacs p.a.

  • Macro level Project planning and budgeting, cost estimates, scheduling and resource planning
  • Ensuring Project Execution as per plans and defined quality standards and SOPs and midcourse correction
  • Project Review and regular updates and MIS
  • Monitoring execution expenses and balance cost to completion
  • Implementation of defined processes and New Technology introduced
  • Site Team Management
  • Adherence to timelines and defined TATs
  • Cost optimization and budget controls
  • Quality assurance/ quality control measures as well as HSE standards adherence at execution site/s
  • Budget monitoring and adherence
