We are looking for ambitious and seasoned, self-motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect or Lead. Job Brief A Dynamics CRM Techno-functional Consultant/Architect leads the technical aspects of a D365 Customer Engagement (CRM) project or workstream working in collaboration with the marketing/functional team and developers. Learn the customer s business, needs, and processes and architect solutions utilizing modern technologies and techniques to help them achieve their goals. Designs should find a balance between user satisfaction, maintainability, scalability, and cost to implement. Independently evaluate, design, and implement scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working to help customers deploy their solutions. Drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. Lead data-centric, marketing and business process discussions with the client through discovery meetings. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes. Document technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid, mitigate, resolve risks and technical debt. Develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM. Design and lead the system architecture process to create, define specifications for, and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements. Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution. Estimation of effort required to deliver requirements for existing/new projects. Troubleshooting failures, working with all parties to understand the underlying root cause. Lead a team of data analysts for generating insights out of the marketing operations implemented through Dynamics CRM Qualification B. Tech., B.E. or equivalent qualifications Strong Power Apps and Dynamics CRM product and industry knowledge Proficient in designing and delivering D365 solutions with various integration strategies. Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and client development skills to effectively present information to company leadership Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed. Excellent Pharmaceutical domain along with understanding of commercial and marketing operations. Preferred Qualification Experience with Microsoft Azure Technologies (Functions, Service Bus, Data Factory, APIM, Application Insights), SSIS, TypeScript, Portal Development, Power BI, ADO Pipelines, Azure Data Factory, JavaScript frameworks like React/Angular/Vue. Microsoft D365 & Power Platform certifications.
