The solution portfolio of the Process Industry Business Line covers digitalization, automation, instrumentation, drives and electrification solutions for the Paper, Metals, Cement, Mining and Mineral Processing Process Industry sectors and for the Hybrid industries like Food & Beverage and Data Centers. Providing specialized process control solutions, engineered variable speed drive solutions and engineered electrification solutions. We engage with our customer through the entire life cycle of their assets starting from early solution conceptualization through sales to execution followed by basic and advanced life cycle services.

This is an HR Generalist role, you will be reporting to Human Resource Business Partner, Process Industries, India. This a temporary/ contractual position currently tenured till 31st May 2021, subject to extension depending on functional requirement and performance.

Key to the position is the ability to keep the team organized, prioritized and on time while also serving as a "go to" for all HR topics. This candidate will help foster a cooperative and communicative atmosphere. This position will work towards developing and implementing Core HR processes and initiatives. The role is critical in executing people initiatives, providing great internal customer support and driving HR functional excellence.

Your responsibilities

  • Partnering with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
  • Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances and work with HRBP to solve the time.
  • Providing MIS support for Attrition analysis, includes- analyzing exit interview responses, observe trends, highlight important aspects, prepare and publish dashboards. Developing and monitoring informative HR dashboards to track key metrics for HR operations for continuous improvement.
  • Driving engagement initiatives Recognition programs, townhall meetings, voice of employee, skip level meetings.
  • Driving learning initiatives work closely with functional heads and learning team to implement learning initiatives.
  • Performing general operational HR support as required in partnership with HR shared services teams.
  • Participate and drive HR/cross functional projects within local division/country / hub.
  • Sound knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements.

Your background

  • Masters degree preferable with a major in HRM.
  • 5-7 years of broad HR generalist experience, MNC experience preferred.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of India employment legislation.
  • Relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Experience with change management including organization restructure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive and self-starter, able to work independently.
  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change.
