Global Business Services-Global Travel Services (GBS-GTS) is a centralized GBS team that is responsible for Travel & Expenses (T&E) at ABB. GBS-GTS fosters innovation, speed, and efficient travel management services with centralized administration and data transparency.

This is a GTS Corporate Card Specialist role, reporting to GTS Delivery Lead and will be based in Bangalore. You will be responsible to executing Corporate Card administrative processes and will be assisting & advising ABB employees globally on process and policies, managing and approving corporate card applications, cancellations and any personal/other changes via our workflow tool MyTravel in close collaboration with our vendor.

Your responsibilities

  • Executing card application, cancellation, late payment follow up and reconciliation activities and processes, compliant with our policy and guidelines.
  • Being a consultant for ABB globally for level 2 support regarding Corporate Card administration, communicating process and solutions to end users in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identifying, diagnosing and resolving second-level help requests within our ServiceNow ticketing tool, in liaison with our Corporate Card vendor.
  • Entering requests utilizing ServiceNow ticketing tool and evaluating, categorizing and prioritizing requests.
  • Documenting and entering actions taken and decisions made and referring tickets to other subject matter experts.
  • Identifying and escalating complex topics support beyond the capabilities of level two support or not resolved in a time specific manner based on service guidelines.
  • Following up with end users on aging tickets to keep them apprised on their ticket status, notifying customers/end users of major system issues and providing regular status updates on these issues.
  • Developing, maintaining and utilizing a knowledge base, written procedures and other Corporate Card guidelines/manuals for improving services and user assistance. Providing input on new issues or escalating problems.
  • Working in self-directed team to achieve performance goals and increase productivity and leading and/or participating in team projects when requested.

Your background

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of overall experience with knowledge of Corporate Card Administrator role/process (preferably AMEX) is a must.
  • Good Excel skills are a must. Knowledge of Outlook / Skype / One-Note / SharePoint / ppt / MS word.
  • Knowledge in the Travel & Expense area and knowledge of Service Now workflow tool is an advantage.
  • Well organized and able work in an unstructured environment and contribute to streamlining of processes.
  • Flexible to work for different time zones.
  • Basic project management skills, or proven record of any role in PMO for special assignments is of advantage.
  • Very good English skills and interpersonal skills.
