1. Monitoring of Attendance and Leaves for AEL s Employees and Contract Labours. 2. Monitoring the Wage and Salary administration with respect to Contractors Labourers on time. 4. Maintaining all Statutory documents-Form A,B, C, D under various statutes pertaining to contractual labours governance 5. Ensuring Preparation and Submission of Monthly statutory compliances to the Customer as per part of HR clearance process 6. Ensuring the up keeping and maintenances of Company Asset, Guest House, Vehicle management 7. Ensuring complete Life Cycle Management of AEL Employees( On boarding, Employee Engagements, PMS, Training and Exit Mgmt) and updation of records and submission of monthly MIS to HO HR. 8. Ensuring that all utility related bills, rent payments, hire charges for vehicles and other related bills are scrutinized and certified before being forwarded to accounts for making payments. 9. Ensuring that Staff claims which are submitted are checked, approved and forwarded to accounts for making payment on time. 11. Reporting of any incidence of indiscipline under TCoC(TATA Code of Conduct) to Corporate HR to initiate the appropriate action 12. Ensuring that grievances of Employees and Contractors labors are addressed in consultation with Corporate HR within the definite time lines 13. Arranging for Accommodation and making travel arrangements for Executives arriving from other locations.
