Job Summary

Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and approach potential clients in Bengaluru and
surrounding areas to promote our background verification services.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
and expand our market presence.
3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients,
understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions.
4. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market
dynamics to inform sales strategies and business development efforts.
5. Customized Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific background
verification requirements and offer customized solutions.
6. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to showcase our services,
emphasizing the value proposition and benefits of partnering with our company.

Requirements:
1. Experience: 4-5 years of proven sales experience in the background verification industry.
2. Networking Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to
connect with decision-makers.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability
to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
4. Target-Driven: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
5. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with background verification services, compliance
standards, and industry best practices.

6. Location: Must be based in any three places: Bengaluru or Noida or Gurugram with the
flexibility to travel as needed.
