Job Summary
Responsibilities
1.Prepare schematic drawings based on the project brief.
2.Check and guide draftsmen in preparing architectural GFC drawings for Architectural and Interior design projects.
3.Create architectural details drawings & sketches.
4.Visit construction sites as needed.
5.Analyse building specifications & codes to create architectural design.
6.Understand & coordinate with consultant drawings and documents.
7.Handle projects independently, as well as in teamwork.
8.Co-ordinate with consultants, site work, clients and senior architects.
9.Should be able to coordinate the preparation of quantity / estimation for both civil and interior works
