Must have Skills : COBOL, Job Control Language (JCL) Good to Have Skills : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required Manage requests incidents on ITSM tool Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer Manage the incidents, infra structure changes Required for easy transition into role and join on-call group which is high priority Work as a support lead and follow ITIL processes Works with the teams on upcoming features to identify risks and dependencies Technical Experience : Hands-On architecture design and development Hands-on experience on requirements gathering and implementing them according to business needs Hands on experience on Dell Clerity and having very good programming knowledge on TPE, Unikix Secure,Unikix Client ,Unipublish ,vCOBOL and Mainframes programming Own/Prepare Root Cause Analysis for Major incidents/problems and mitigations for the issues Hands -on experience on Shell scripting Python scripting Professional Attributes : -Good communiction skill, Leadership skills, team handling skills, analytical skills and good presentation skills and ability to work independently Educational Qualification: Additional Info : Cobol,TSO,JCL,Syncsort,Easytrieve,Bluezone TN3270,XCOM and Mainframes programming -24/7 support role
