Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
Provision landing zones; service onboarding
Enable Public Cloud Migration of systems supported by the Transactional Squad
Provision landing zones for stakeholders to deploy Azure services
Onboarding, configuration and automation of cloud services through Infrastructure as Code
Service Onboarding activities:
RBAC
a. Assess whether built-in CSP native roles are fit-for-purpose
b. Create custom role with least privilege if not fit-for-purpose
Security Controls
a. Implement Prevention, Detection, Remediation controls based on required security controls as defined by Security Architecture.
b. Includes e.g. Azure Policy, Azure Automation Runbook, Prisma Query deliverables.
Blueprints / Automation
a. Create automation (as Terraform Modules) to deploy compliant resource(s) that address capabilities required per business requirements. Experience in Terraform is preferred, however if candidates have worked on ARM templates or any other Automation for IAC, and have willingness to work on Terraform, we can consider
b. Created related Blueprint documentation
Landing Zone framework
a. Update framework to leverage RBAC role and Security Controls (when the service is used)
Logging and monitoring
Enable logging and monitoring for service uptime and performance as required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
