Role

• We are looking for passionate full stack developer to assist with the development & maintenance of large-scale rewards platform built using ReactJS & NodeJS, deployed on AWS ECS & Serverless technologies. Besides helping to develop test plans & cases, prepare technical & functional documents according to the adopted methodology, you will also provide post-implementation maintenance and support.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, build, test, and maintain scalable and stable off-the-shelf applications or custom-built technology solutions to meet business needs.
• Contribute to the entire implementation process including driving the definition of improvements based on business needs and architectural improvements.
• Review code for quality and implementation best practices. Promote coding, testing and deployment best practices through hands-on research and demonstration.
• Write testable code that enables extremely high levels of code coverage.
• Conduct root cause analysis and advanced performance tuning for complex business processes and functionality.
• Propose the right solutions to the client by identifying & understanding the pain points.
• Propose, pitch, sell, implement and prove success in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to review frameworks and design principles towards suitability in the project context.
• Mentor young engineers towards guiding them to become great engineers.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Application Program Interfaces (APIs).
• Produce high-quality code and experience with security implementations Identifying application security risks and Implementing security patches procedures.
• Strong hold on MySQL and experience on No SQL databases like Mongo DB.
• Experience with Graph, Payment Gateway, Node.js process management, and web sockets like socket.io.
• Must have good knowledge in Object Oriented JavaScript, ES6 or Typescript.
• Good experience with automation.
• Good knowledge of coding standards, design patterns, and unit testing.
• Strong hold on Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Good Experience in working with technologies like AWS.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
