Role: Subject Matter Expert - Signal Detection
Experience: 6 to 12 Years

Skills:

• Expertise in Life Sphere Signals and Risk Management (LSSRM) domain.
• Provide functional expertise for new implementation, upgrade, configuration, data migration and application support related tasks on Life Sphere Signal and Risk Management (LSSRM)
• Conduct customer workshop to gather the requirements and map customer requirements to the existing product functionality
• Create requirement documents (Configuration Specification Configuration Validation) by following Good Documentation Practices
• Participate in all System validation activities such as IQ/OQ/PQ for drug safety solutions by providing high level business scenarios for testing and validation
• Provide functional leadership for internal and customer allocated project teams and hold responsibility for ensuring project timelines are met
• Offer functional support in resolving application issue raised by customers
• Work closely with technical team and provide inputs during the time of application deployment to different clients across the globe
• Provide right consultancy to the customer with the best pharmacovigilance practices used in the industry
• Be a part of validation activities and User Acceptance test (UAT) support activities
• Work closely with Project Managers in planning the project for the specified requirements.
