Software Quality Analyst Job in Argusoft

Key Responsibilities :

• Expertise at all phases of STLC life cycle and all types of functional/non-functional testing

• Assist and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that the application development is according to the quality assurance standards and give timely feedback

• Identify/Understand user stories and translate them into manual test scripts as required

• Ensures traceability of test cases to requirements

• Execute manual test scripts as part of various testing execution cycles and work towards increasing the test coverage

• Perform all types of functional/non-functional testing

• Build a more profound understanding of product/application with a keen appreciation of Software Quality

Required qualifications and must-have skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Must have strong knowledge in testing skills (Test strategies, Writing/Executing test scripts and test cases, Defect management cycle)

• Team player with a positive attitude and passion for software testing.

• Strong experience with Agile methodology

• Effective prioritization and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

It would be great if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in automation testing with any of the automation tools and scripting language

• Comfortness with change and working outside of comfort zone

• Curiosity and a desire to continuously develop and learn
