Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS)s. & otherReconciliation
- Coordinate with other internal teams on various discrepancies and variances.
- Coordination with US Team, understanding their financial needs and resolving their queries if arises
- Should be good in accounting functions & Payroll Processing
- Preparing MIS reports, and KPI Reports on a Monthly/Quarterly basis
- Process Management The process involves the reconciliation of transactions, security positions, and cash activities.
- Taking ownership of all the deliverables being sent out by the team with proper review checks.
- Liaising effectively with team members, and external counterparties to resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Make quality daily / monthly/quarterly reports for regular business review
Required Skills:
- Master s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis,
- Ability to lead team and guide & train executives, Must have experience in handling team of experienced accountants
- Proficient Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- proprietary software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication in English and presentation skill
- Experience in dealing with USA clients will be an added advantage.
- Shift Timing:Should be flexible with shift timings. [3 p.m. to 11 p.m.]
Experience Required :
