Job Summary

Mandatory tech-stack experience:

WordPress, WooCommerce (including ecommerce features)
Template Customization, plugin development
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
PHP/MYSQL and AJAX

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior engineers to design, implement and deploy applications that impact the company s business
  • Own the delivery of an integral piece of a website, system or application
  • Design and implementation of the overall web architecture
  • Pixel-perfect implementation of the approved user interface
  • Design and deployment of the database
  • Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
  • Design and construction of APIs
  • Integrating the front-end UI with the constructed API
  • Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
  • Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments
  • Manage resources on multiple technical projects and ensure schedules, milestones, and priorities are compatible with technology and business goals.

Requirements

  • 2-5 of professional non-internship experience with Backend and frontend development
  • At least two experience with:
  • Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Being up on latest practices is a must
  • Experience in Custom WordPress Development and Plugin Development
  • Good to have skills in Ecommerce platform like Woocommerce
  • Expertise in debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
  • Comfortable working with different kinds of editors like Elementor, Visual composer, etc.
  • Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions
  • Server management and deployment for the relevant environment
  • Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
  • Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy
  • Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
  • Appreciation for clean and well documented code
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Btech, Mtech, BCA, MCA
