Director, Operations Analytics Job in Arcadia

What we re looking for: We are looking for a Director of Ops Analytics to build and manage a team of high-performing analysts. The team will build critical operational tools that power the day-to-day business, develop key metrics to measure customer health and operational performance, enable ops business users to extensively self-serve on data, provide ad hoc query support, and identify business insights to optimize our biggest cost drivers. What you ll do: Hire and support a team of 6-8 ops analysts to build key data-based operational data tools, develop business-critical metrics, and provide ad hoc, just-in-time query support. Be a senior voice in the organization, discovering key operational data insights and communicating them to drive step-changes in Arcadia s revenue and profitability. Own the analytics relationship with ops executives and other stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of the operations function and its needs and objectives Develop Arcadia s operational data analytics strategy and processes to achieve proactive engagement, effectively prioritize and deliver, and enable self-service by ops business users Take on individual contributor analytics as needed to support the team Work with analytics peers to develop strong analytics practices and conduct analysis with an eye toward the holistic organization. What will help you succeed: Must-haves: 8+ years in data analytics, business analytics, data science, statistics, or related field Track record leading teams to consistently deliver stakeholder-facing analytics with strongly positive stakeholder feedback Significant experience conducting proactive exploratory data analysis, distilling actionable insights and recommendations, and telling a story with data Strong communication skills, including with executive leaders Strong knowledge of SQL Extensive experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
