Sales And Service Engineer Job in Aravind Eye Care System

Required Qualification:

• Diploma / BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering
• Fresher or experienced candidates in Sales and Service can apply
• Good English Fluency is mandatory
• Preferably male candidates who is willing to travel

Role and Responsibilities:

• Prime focus on Equipment product promotion into the International Market in coordination with Dealer to enhance the market.
• Working with regional wise Business Development Executive (BDE) for the product launch by understanding the market needs, potential and the competitor s product
• Attending the regional wise National Conference for product launching and shows into the market.
• Reaching (and if possible exceeding) monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Perform the product demonstration, Installation and application support as well as sales follows up with respective International Dealer and regional wise Business Development Executive.
• Ensuring the product installation and customer satisfaction at every time, Building relationship with the dealer and customer by making the HAPPY CALL at regular interval.
• Providing product sales, troubleshooting and maintenance training to the dealer staff members and Basic troubleshooting and maintenance training to the product user.
• Maintaining Customer/ Sales/ Service records in detail
• Working with division to ensure the ease of convenience on every product and to identify the user challenges on product function, if any
• Communicating with division to get the solution for the product complaints if any from the customer and identifying the product failure for better quality improvement.
• Constantly monitoring the sales stock and service spare parts inventory
