Job Summary
  • Network within communities to find and attract new business.
  • Review Sales Reports, leads generated conversions etc.
  • Servicing BP, driving them to increase enrollments, profitability, etc.
  • Prospecting, Profiling, Appointments, Meetings, Needs Analysis, Pitching, Closing, Processing and Documentation, obtaining referrals and lead generation.
  • Infrastructure setup for BPs, Branding & Marketing Collaterals, Connectivity, IT & Software Setup, BP Staff Training, Documentation and Compliance.
  • Supporting BPs in increasing student enrollments by conducting seminars at colleges and providing training and knowledge support to the counselors.
  • Regular interaction with BPs, meeting students when required, resolving BP complaints, handling exceptions tactfully.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3-6 years of experience in franchisee sales
  • For Bengaluru and Hyderabad location sales exposure from Beauty academy industry are preferred.
  • Passion for Sales
  • Graduate/ MBA
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Team player
  • Self-motivated and result-driven, with excellent negotiation skills
