As a Senior Experienced PHP Web Developer /PHP Team Leader:

At APPWRK IT Solutions: Your roles and responsibilitieswould be as follows:

• Lead and manage the PHP / MERN team and impart practical solutions to meet the company's business goals.
• Collaborate with other PHP developers/ UI developer to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain websites.
• Communicate the project deliverables and deadlines to the team members.
• Manages and monitor web analytics and site performance and formulate effective web strategy
• Manage code libraries and code documentation standards.
• Partner with CEO/ Project manager to understand business goals and propose technical/ process solutions.
• Identify inefficiencies, areas of risk and determine solutions.

As a Sr. PHP Developer / Team Lead / PHP Project Lead, we require the following skills and specifications from you are as follows:

• 6+ years of experience in an Internet e-commerce or online content edition company will be an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge and practice of the following: PHP and Mysql, HTML, CSS, MVC Architecture Framework (Preferably Phalcon/Zend), JavaScript and JavaScript Frameworks.
• Knowledge of the following would be added advantage: XML, Ajax,Bootstrap.
• Excellent knowledge on software methodologies.
• Be committed to the deadlines through following up with team members.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong team management skills.
