Job Summary
  • As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality and understandable documentation with the goal to improve the success of our products. loves keeping information and documents organized, and excels at capturing technical information and communicating it to a variety of audiences.
  • Regularly produce various content types, including Video, Web page,Mobile Application infographics, email, social media posts, press releases, case studies, blogs, and white papers
  • PR Activities
  • Guest Post Publishing
  • Understanding of Google Analytics or any Tool & Review their Content Performance, Bounce rate, etc.
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
  • Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
  • Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
  • Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
  • Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
  • Identify customers needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
  • Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas.
  • Create and maintain the information architecture
  • Make high-quality documentation that meets standards, is appropriate, and is easy to use
  • Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
