Roles and Responsibilities: Building a brand roadmap and planning digital marketing campaigns for multiple brands Planning, implementing and managing digital marketing strategies and tactical execution plans across all online channels. This channel includes SEO, SMM, Display Advertising, Retargeting, and Email marketing. Generate and lead nurturing campaigns for target accounts using marketing automation tools like Hub spot, Market, etc Increase customer acquisition and revenues organically with innovative creative ways, which are beyond paid ads channels. Actively participate in the development of Brand / Communication strategies based on organization objectives. Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels, Measuring and reporting on the performance of all channels. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization. Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
