Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities
- Use IT knowledge and guide the customer in the development of a successful implementation roadmap and outline the value of the SAP S/4 HANA Fashion / Retail platform.
- Use IT knowledge and experience to develop a business architecture strategy based on our customers strategy and a situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations.
- Use IT knowledge and experience to apply a structured approach to capture perspective of the business function including, business capabilities, business and technology processes, organization & people, technology, data and information
- Effectively communicate with client leadership and business owners within the business function and related teams to identify areas of opportunity, challenges and drive change
- Conduct and document complex business processes
- Perform technical analysis to determine present and future business performance
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required
- Experience working with the entire delivery life cycle of SAP AFS, FMS and SAP S/4 HANA Fashion / Retail
- Expertise in the configuration and implementation, deployment of SAP AFS and FMS
- Expertise in the integration of SAP S/4 HANA / SAP ECC/ with SAP AFS solution and reporting applications
- Experience with SAP Retail, including Master Data, Purchasing, Merchandise Logistics, Finance, Quality Management, and Distributed Retailing is mandatory
- Partner with the client to analyze and define business requirements, processes and objectives to scope project and deliverables for same.
- Work together with the SAP AFS functional team and SAP AFS technical team implement, customize and test solutions on client system and develop client-specific enhancements to meet business requirements as needed.
- Experience in performing gap analysis and, identifying, developing and implementing process improvements
- Liaise with senior stakeholders in the business to present findings and ideas, making recommendations in the process
- Experience in providing technical design & development task estimates and contribute to project planning activities
- Deep knowledge and understanding of SAP technical & functional capabilities as well as business processes and industry best practices
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn new concepts, business processes and software quickly
- Proven experience working with innovative technologies
- Ability to work in an agile environment with the ability to pick and learn new data tools very quickly
- Methodical and logical approach to work with strong problem-solving skills; ability to use technology to solve business problems
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn new concepts, business processes and software quickly
- Passionate about learning new technologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong time-management and organizational skills
