Accountant Job in Apoorvaa Foundation
Job Summary
- Monitoring company accounts and conducting regular review.
- Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc.
- Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions.
- Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner.
- Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month.
- Prepare monthly GST Data and file GST.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Accounts payable.
- Accounts receivable.
- Tax preparation.
- Invoice processing.
- Data Entry.
- Handles Daily, Monthly and Yearly closings.
- Good Communication Skills
- Working Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of Tally 9
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and other accounting terms
- Basic knowledge of banking and other similar work
- Strong attention to details and good analytical skills
- Ability to keep documents and data well organized.
