Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Heading the marketing function & implementing various strategies that will boost the top line
  • Creating & Managing marketing campaigns for Social Media Platforms
  • Creating & Optimizing online paid advertisements
  • Email Sequencing/Outbound campaign creation & handling
  • Building Lead Nurturing Campaigns
  • Market Research of potential clients through data mining of multiples sites
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Handling website changes as and when required in accordance with inbound strategies
  • Building SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing Sales proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the team and ensuring business growth
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of Marketing & BD/Sales experience
  • BE & MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • Understanding & usage of CRM tools
  • Languages English, Hindi, Kannada
  • Should be willing to travel
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment
  • Networking and relationship management with clients
  • Negotiation skills with Good communication skills
  • Diesel Gensets, Solar, LED Lighting & Facility Management industry knowledge.
