Job Summary
Overview: Apollo Pharmacy is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Associates for Nutrition and Health Supplements. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting a range of nutrition and health supplements, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall sales efforts in the store. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established brand in the pharmaceutical retail industry. Key Responsibilities: Promotion of Products: Promote nutrition and health supplement products to customers, explaining their benefits and assisting with product selection. Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and a positive shopping experience. Sales Support: Help customers find the products they need, recommend supplements based on their requirements, and offer assistance with product sampling or nutrition values when applicable. Customer Service: Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional demeanor with all customers to ensure top-notch service and customer satisfaction. Store Maintenance: Ensure that the shop floor and shelves are clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Product Display: Arrange and display products to promote sales and ensure the maximum range is available for customers. Stock Replenishment: Regularly replenish stock on the shop floor, ensuring a full range of products is always available to meet customer needs. Knowledge of Sales and Promotions: Stay updated on current sales, promotions, store policies, and security procedures to adhere to store standards. Security Awareness: Recognize potential security risks or thefts and handle situations to minimize losses. Sales Transactions: Handle sales transactions efficiently, including processing cash or credit payments, opening and closing cash registers, and balancing money at the end of shifts. Experience: 0-3 years of experience in Nutrition Supplement, Pharma, or Retail Sales. Freshers with a keen interest in sales and customer service are also welcome to apply. Ability to work effectively in a team and support sales goals.
