Position: Tech Lead
We are building our core team which will be responsible for a highly scalable, always available microservices based backend for Fintech Platform. The developer will be involved with the design, implementation and execution from day one and build a robust, secure and scalable Fintech Lending solution.
Roles & Responsibilities
Individual Contributors talking full ownership of the Backend system
Modify existing micro services
Design and Implement additional micro services
Be creative and always try to evaluate new strategize to execute faster
Team player and always being eager to teach new team members about the code, structure and design
Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle
Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging
Preparing and producing releases of software components
Support continuous improvement
Monitor and evaluate adoption of industry best practices
